H/b, 1st ed., 8.5" x 5.5", 423pp. Black and white frontis. A reassessment of the career of a politian who defended the right of freedom of speech in the wrangling between King and house of Commons. An neat ex library copy with usual stamps etc and neat numbering to spine of both book and dw. Dw is clean with the slihghtest rubbing and a small nick out of the spine. Remains of some tape marks internally. Overall a very good ex library copy.
