Notes Blue cloth with blind-stamped portrait medallion to front boards and faded gilt titles is clean and sound to all volumes. Cream dust wrappers are rather tanned and the dust wrapper to volume III has been eaten by silverfish to the back and fore-edges in a series of patches. The other two dust wrappers have one tiny patch missing each. All books have been dried out and cleaned since arriving on our premises and are kept in a cleaned storage room where humidity is maintained for books not their pests! Books are rubbed to spine ends. Dust wrappers are rubbed to points with tiny areas of loss. Dust wrappers to volume I and volume II are good and the dust wrapper to volume III is poor.
