Delivery Information

NB As of 1st January 2019 we can no longer deliver to addresses in Germany. This will remain the case for the foreseeable future. Unfortunately we have had to stop exporting to Germany as we are not registered under the new German packaging law. We are very sorry to disappoint our German customers but registering is too costly, complex and time consuming.

How much will it cost to post my book?

Postage prices are displayed as you go through the checkout and start at £2.95 for UK 2nd class. If a book is very heavy then we may contact you to ask your permission to increase the postage charge.

The postage charge also includes a small amount for our high quality packaging, and for our time.

How long will my book take to arrive?
 

UK - we usually dispatch within one working day, so if you order on a Tuesday and request 1st class post then you will probably receive the book on Thursday. 2nd class obviously takes a bit longer.

Europe - again we usually dispatch within one working day and airmail takes 5-7 working days typically.

USA, Canada, Australia, Asia - please allow 7-10 working days for standard airmail. We no longer offer surface mail as it takes far too, long providing greater opportunities for problems.

Covid-19 - we are still dispatching regularly but not always the next day. Please allow slightly longer for your parcel as the post in most countries remains slow.

Will my book be safe?

Almost certainly yes. We pack very well using the right weight of packaging for the book, which is most cases means a ridgid card envelope which opens easily and goes straight into your recycling or, for large or more expensive books, a professional book box. The packaging will always fit, meaning that the book will not move about in there (a common cause of damage).
