Hardback. Large format board book of attractive illustrations of farm animals. Illustrations are mostly unattributed but the one on the back is by Harry Woolley. No date but gift inscription dated 1950. the images are the romanticised world of shire horses and farmyards with ducks and hens, already becoming out of date by 1950. It remains a very charming book. 275 by 215mm (10¾ by 8½ inches).
