Description
Hardback. Signed and inscribed by artist Carl Magnus to the half-title page. From an exhibition in 2012 of the work of Danish painter Richard Mortensen, winner of the Edvard Munch Prize (1946) and the Kandinsky prize (1950), and of Swedish artist Carl Magnus. Dual language text in Danish and English. Over 50 pages of essays and background to the two painters with the Danish and English texts presented in parallel. Followed by over 40 colour images of their exhibited works. In addition there are notes, a bibliography and biographical chronology of the two artists at the end of the book.
