Hardback. 252pp. xvi, 252pp. A reissue of this classic with new illustrations and a new introduction. Illustrated by Niroot Puttapipat with a colour frontis and 6 further colour plates. The illustrations are beautiful but with a slightly dark, fairy tale quality, typical of Natee Puttapipat. Introduction by Deirdre le Faye. Quarter bound in brown cloth with Regency stripe papers to the side with a roundel portrait to the centre of the upper board. Printed blue oval with gilt titles to the spine. Blue slipcase.
