Hardback. No date to the colophon but the illustrations are dated 1910. Very pretty edition in green cloth with Art Nouveau gilt decorations to both front and spine and a colour illustrated paste-down to the front. With a frontispiece and three further colour plates. Illustrated by A. A. Dixon [Arthur Augustus Dixon (8 May 1872 – 1959)].
