Hardback. 180pp. no date but assumed 1910. Illustrated in colour by F. M. B. Blaikie (Foster Meadow Blaikie) with a colour frontis and and 7 further colour plates. Bound in Dark blue cloth with a colour illustrated paste-down to the front and border decorated in black.
