Hardback. First edition. Unpaginated [28pp], a handwritten-style calligraphic text. Colour illustrated papers to boards and colour illustrations throughout including 8 full page. The closely written text (it is only 28 pages but it is quite a substantial story) also features one or two integral colour pictures to each page. Illustrations to endpapers. Navy cloth spine. Hard to find as a first edition and an unusually attractive production for war time.
