Hardback. 256pp. Edited with and introduction by Roger Lockyer. Quarter bound in dark green leather lettered in gilt and decorated in gilt and black. Green cloth to side with the front boards also decorated in gilt and dark red. Colour illustrated endpapers. Light blue slipcase.
